The Record Shop is one of Nashville’s new creative, up-and-coming saving studios. Sean Giovanni may be the Record Shop’s owner/ music producer/ documenting engineer. Giovanni runs Balcony Television Nashville also. Balcony TV can be an internet music show that earns well-known musical acts to do one acoustic song apiece out on a balcony overlooking a scenic part of the city. Balcony Television was founded in 2006 in London and has been franchised worldwide to Dublin since, Hamburg, Poznan, Brighton, Auckland, Paris, Brisbane, Edmonton, Rennes, Prague, Toronto, and Mexico City.
Nashville was the first U.S. Balcony TV, and has been accompanied by New York and Austin. I love Balcony TV! Please describe your business. The Record is had by you Shop — which is a recording studio room, right? So you do Balcony TV Nashville. The Record is possessed by me Shop Documenting Studio room in Nashville, Tennessee.
After working as a freelance engineer and manufacturer for several years, It had been made a decision by me was time for you to open up my very own facility. My goal was to create a relaxed, creative environment that centered on the artistic vision of my clients. The Record Shop is a multi-purpose production facility that has a diverse collection of equipment, microphones, analog gear, and recording spaces.
One of my main objectives when focusing on a record is to capture the sonic path of the designer through creating the right vibe with a great performance. In addition to producing information, The Record Shop offers a multitude of services to assist our artists in effectively developing and promoting their work.
We offer video creation, website design, graphical design, and marketing. Instead of making the studio room a “one-stop shop” for these services, I searched for to build up a united team of creative thoughts that can work together collectively, in order to provide excellent service at an affordable rate. In doing this, we are able to not only give our artists a great saving, but also offer the tools to allow them to promote the record effectively. In an effort to offer our artists a very important chance to promote their music, I developed a monthly on-line music show called The Record Shop Sessions.

The Record Shop Sessions, streamed on youtube and our website, features in-studio performances and interviews from a multitude of artists. As the show started to develop, I ran across an award winning on-line music show called Balcony TV. Balcony Television showcases shows and interviews shot from balconies in 16 cities round the global world.
I saw this show as a unique opportunity to help spread the term on the amazing music community in Nashville and abroad. We lately celebrated our twelve months wedding anniversary of Balcony TV Nashville and the show has continuing to develop as a respected outlet for songs on-line. What makes The Record Shop special?
I believe the commitment to the path of the designer is an important aspect of the actual Record Shop provides. Just about everyone has the fancy equipment, but keeping a clear vision of what the artist is wanting to achieve through their saving is important to the procedure. I start every project with some pre-production periods where we discuss the sonic vision of the materials, work out preparations, and invite everyone to get a feel for the studio room. By the right time we begin recording, everyone is on the same page, and we’re able to focus on capturing the best performance.
I take the time to get things right, so when the playback is run by us, the musician hears exactly what they were hearing in their head when they envisioned the materials. The first time I stopped at Nashville, I had been drawn to the creative atmosphere of the city instantly. You go Everywhere, there is music being written, played, or recorded. There are countless, hard-working musicians and performers constantly creating.
Great songs are at the heart of any great recording, and Nashville is a songwriter’s town. The creative energy here is truly inspirational and maintains me going day in and day trip. With all the amazing music community in Nashville, comes a higher degree of competition. While the struggle to stand out amongst the crowd can be overwhelming to some, this challenge has driven me to continue to place my heart and soul into every task I produce. However, gleam sense of “family camaraderie” in Nashville that’s not often seen in such a competitive industry. Nashville has a small town vibe with big city opportunity.
